Hosting account migrations
Migrate hosting accounts straight from the panel: between your own servers, from a remote panel, over FTP or over SSH. Each method follows its own step plan. You watch the move live, with speed, time left and the steps already done, and if it stops you can see exactly where.

- 01Four methodsWithin fleet, remote panel, FTP, SSH. Remote panels on their own port: cPanel 2087, Plesk 8443, DA 2222.

- 03A plan per methodA move within the fleet runs seven steps, precheck to verify; the current one is marked.
- 04One at a timeWhile one transfer runs the next one queues, so two copies don’t split the bandwidth.
What it does.
Taking over customers from another host shouldn’t mean asking the other side to open SSH for you, so the panel connects on the remote panel’s own port. If a transfer stops, you see which step it stopped on, the reason is in the log, and you start it again. A second migration waits in the queue instead of running alongside the first. Two copies never share one line and slow each other down.
Four methods: within the fleet, from a remote panel, FTP and SSH. Remote panel connections use the panel’s own port: cPanel 2087, Plesk 8443, DirectAdmin 2222.
Each method has its own step plan. A move within the fleet runs precheck, backup, package, copy, restore, DNS and verify.
Progress, speed and time left update live, with the current step and its state shown separately.
While one transfer runs, the next waits in the queue, because concurrent transfers would eat the server’s bandwidth.
Cancelled or failed transfers can be requeued from the start; progress resets and the reason goes into the log.

Servers without a control panel have no account, reseller or mailbox management, because those come from the panel itself. Firewall, DNS, services and the terminal work over SSH. See the full table
Accounts and customers
The customer side, from creating an account to a reseller’s quota.
- B.01Details Manage hosting accountsFind and manage hosting accounts across all your servers from one list. Search a customer by domain or username, and you never have to remember which server they live on. Suspended and over-quota accounts get their own tabs with counts, so the accounts that need you are one click away.
- B.02Details Hosting packagesSet up the hosting packages you sell: disk quota, bandwidth and PHP version. Each package also records which servers it’s sold on. When you create an account, you only see the packages that are valid on that server, so a plan never lands somewhere it wasn’t meant for.
- B.03Details Reseller hosting managementSee how much disk, traffic and how many accounts each reseller is using. The figures are counted from the reseller’s own accounts, not kept in a separate counter that can fall out of step. What each reseller can and can’t do is a set of permission switches you turn on and off yourself.
