§01 What cookies are and how we use them
A cookie is a small record stored in your browser when you visit a site. Things like keeping your session open rely on it.
We use cookies in two places: on this marketing site and inside the panel itself. Everything used inside the panel is strictly necessary for the session to work; measurement and marketing cookies run only on the marketing site and only with your consent.
No non-essential cookie or measurement script is loaded before you consent. If you decline, the site keeps working with all of its features.
§02 The cookies we use
The list below is generated from the same source as the cookie card on the site, so the two cannot drift apart.
Required
Always onNeeded for the panel and the site to work. These cannot be turned off, because signing in stops working without them.
- Session
- Keeps you signed in to the panel. Drops when you sign out, or after 30 days.
- CSRF token
- Stops another site submitting a form as you. Session only.
- Load balancing
- Routes you to a server that is up. Session only.
- Cookie choices
- Remembers this decision so you are not asked again. Kept 12 months.
Analytics
OptionalMeasures in aggregate which pages are read and where people give up. Without consent the measurement script is never loaded.
- Plausible
- Page views and referring site. No per-person tracking, writes no cookie.
- ctap_ref
- Records which campaign you arrived from. 30 days.
Support chat
OptionalThe chat bubble in the bottom right. It does not load while this is off; you can still reach us by email or WhatsApp.
- crisp-client
- Keeps your chat history on your device so you see the reply when you come back. 6 months.
Ad measurement
OptionalMeasures whether a visit from an ad turned into a sign-up. The tag sits on the page but stores nothing until you allow it.
- Google Ads
- Conversion counting only. Without consent no identifier is written.
§03 How consent works
A card appears in the bottom-left corner on your first visit. You have three options: accept everything, decline everything, or choose category by category.
Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again. If you decline, only the strictly necessary category stays on.
The record we use to remember that choice is itself in the strictly necessary category: without it we would have to ask you the same question on every page.
§04 Changing your choice
Clearing site data in your browser brings the card back and lets you choose again from scratch.
You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings; signing in to the panel will then not work, because the session cookie is strictly necessary.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our behaviour doesn’t change — no measurement cookie is written without consent in the first place.
§05 Third parties
Services in the consent-based categories set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies: Plausible for measurement, Crisp for support chat, Google Ads for conversion tracking.
We send none of these services your server data or customer details; what is passed is aggregate information about a page visit.
§06 Questions
