Manage hosting accounts
Find and manage hosting accounts across all your servers from one list. Search a customer by domain or username, and you never have to remember which server they live on. Suspended and over-quota accounts get their own tabs with counts, so the accounts that need you are one click away.

What it does.
Account work usually means finding one customer and doing one thing to them, so the list stays on screen while you work. Click an account and its detail opens in a side panel: disk, mailboxes, databases and SSL status. You suspend the account or change its package from there, then click the next row without going back. When a job covers several customers, select them and suspend them in one go.
Search matches domain and username; the server and package pickers narrow the list.
Status tabs with counts: all, active, suspended, over quota.
Click a row and the detail opens in a side panel. The list stays put, so there’s no going back.
On cPanel and Plesk, each account has a backups tab with its running backups, its past backups and a “back up site” button.
New accounts start with disk, bandwidth, inode, mail and database counters at zero. If you asked for AutoSSL, the certificate shows as pending.
Domain and username collisions are blocked before any record is created, and a leading www. is stripped.

Servers without a control panel have no account, reseller or mailbox management, because those come from the panel itself. Firewall, DNS, services and the terminal work over SSH. See the full table

Suspended and over-quota accounts get their own tabs with counts, so the accounts that need you are one click away.
- B.02Details Hosting packagesSet up the hosting packages you sell: disk quota, bandwidth and PHP version. Each package also records which servers it’s sold on. When you create an account, you only see the packages that are valid on that server, so a plan never lands somewhere it wasn’t meant for.
- B.03Details Reseller hosting managementSee how much disk, traffic and how many accounts each reseller is using. The figures are counted from the reseller’s own accounts, not kept in a separate counter that can fall out of step. What each reseller can and can’t do is a set of permission switches you turn on and off yourself.
- B.04Details Hosting account migrationsMigrate hosting accounts straight from the panel: between your own servers, from a remote panel, over FTP or over SSH. Each method follows its own step plan. You watch the move live, with speed, time left and the steps already done, and if it stops you can see exactly where.
