Mailbox quota management
Mailbox usage and quota sit side by side for every domain, sorted by how full they are. Filters find the mailboxes about to fill up, the heavy senders and the ones nobody has opened in a long time. Raise a quota before mail starts bouncing; the panel won’t let you set one below what is already used.

What it does.
When a mailbox fills up, incoming mail bounces, and the customer is usually the one who tells you. Sort by fill percentage and raise the quota before that happens. Heavy senders are flagged in the same list and read against the sending limits, so you can tell whether one mailbox or the whole domain is hitting the ceiling. The mailbox count comes from the same data as the account list, so the two never disagree.

Filters for full mailboxes, heavy senders and mailboxes unused for a long time.
The domain picker is shared across the email screens, so going from the mail queue to the mailboxes keeps you on the same customer.
Quota changes go through the panel’s own API, so the customer sees the same limit in webmail.
A quota can’t be set below current usage. The panel would refuse it, so the form refuses first.
Mailbox counts come from the account profile, the same data as the accounts list.
Heavy-sending mailboxes are read alongside the limits on the sending policy screen.

- D.01Details Email managementRun email for every cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin server from one screen. The mail queue shows why each message is stuck: greylisting, a DNS failure, a full mailbox or a spam hold. Delete a message, release a held one or flush the queue. Mailbox quotas, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks and sending limits are one tab away.

- D.03Details SPF, DKIM and DMARC checkerCheck SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every domain in one table, with a blacklist check for the server’s sending IP next to it. When a record is missing, the exact TXT line to add is waiting beside it, ready for the DNS zone. Add it and the row turns green on its own.
- D.04Details Email sending limitsSet outgoing email limits per server: an hourly cap per domain and per mailbox, a maximum number of recipients per message, and what happens when a cap is passed. Spam hold, remote SMTP blocking and DKIM signing sit on the same screen, so a compromised account is stopped before your IP is blacklisted.
