Email management
Run email for every cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin server from one screen. The mail queue shows why each message is stuck: greylisting, a DNS failure, a full mailbox or a spam hold. Delete a message, release a held one or flush the queue. Mailbox quotas, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks and sending limits are one tab away.

- 01The reason is writtenEvery message states why it is held, so there is no guessing from a queue count.
- 02Spam holdThis message waits for your decision; it is not removed on its own.
- 03Two flush modesOnly the held ones, or everything. Flushing all is marked destructive and asks to confirm.
- 04One number everywhereFlushing drops the server’s queue counter too; the dashboard, the alert and this screen agree.
What it does.
Most email tickets start the same way: “my mail isn’t going out”. A queue count of 1,842 doesn’t tell you why, so every row here carries the reason. Greylisting clears by itself, a DNS failure is yours to fix and a full mailbox means a quota change. Flushing the whole queue asks for a separate confirmation, because legitimate mail goes with it. The four email tabs (queue, mailboxes, authentication and limits) share one domain picker, so you follow a single customer from a stuck message to the missing DMARC record without searching again.
Every queued message shows why it is held: greylisting, a retry, a DNS failure, a full mailbox, a rejection or a spam decision.
Delete a single message or release one that is on hold.
Flushing has two modes: only the held messages, or everything. Flushing everything is marked destructive and asks for separate confirmation.
Flushing also lowers the server’s own queue counter, so the dashboard, the alert and this screen show the same number.
A message in the spam queue waits for your decision and is never removed on its own.
A server whose mail queue passes 250 messages moves onto the dashboard’s “needs attention” list.
Mailbox quotas, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks and sending limits are tabs on the same screen, with the domain you picked carried across.
Works on cPanel/WHM, Plesk and DirectAdmin. A server without a panel has no mail queue management.

Servers without a control panel have no account, reseller or mailbox management, because those come from the panel itself. Firewall, DNS, services and the terminal work over SSH. See the full table

- D.02Details Mailbox quota managementMailbox usage and quota sit side by side for every domain, sorted by how full they are. Filters find the mailboxes about to fill up, the heavy senders and the ones nobody has opened in a long time. Raise a quota before mail starts bouncing; the panel won’t let you set one below what is already used.
- D.03Details SPF, DKIM and DMARC checkerCheck SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every domain in one table, with a blacklist check for the server’s sending IP next to it. When a record is missing, the exact TXT line to add is waiting beside it, ready for the DNS zone. Add it and the row turns green on its own.
- D.04Details Email sending limitsSet outgoing email limits per server: an hourly cap per domain and per mailbox, a maximum number of recipients per message, and what happens when a cap is passed. Spam hold, remote SMTP blocking and DKIM signing sit on the same screen, so a compromised account is stopped before your IP is blacklisted.
