Ctrl+K command palette
Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) and type the name of the screen you want. All thirty pages and the actions you use often sit in the same search box, so you move around the panel from the keyboard instead of digging through the menu. You don’t need to remember a screen’s exact name.

What it does.
With a customer on the phone, you don’t want to open the menu and hunt for the right group. You type three letters and press Enter. The palette opens and closes from the keyboard, so your hand stays off the mouse, and you don’t need to remember a screen’s exact name. Page navigation works fully; some actions are for demonstration only for now.
All thirty pages are searchable from one box: server profile, security centre, mail queue and the rest.
Actions sit alongside the pages, such as opening the assistant or re-syncing the fleet.
Each result shows its group name, so you see which heading a screen lives under without memorising the menu.
Opens and closes from the keyboard; no mouse needed.
Uses the same grouping as the side menu, so one thing never has two names.
Some actions are demonstration-only today; page navigation works fully.

Tools and operations
Tools that make the daily work easier and leave a trail.
- F.01Details Browser-based server terminalChecking on a server shouldn’t mean opening PuTTY and hunting for a key file. Pick the server in the panel, type the command and read the output on the same screen. Close to twenty commands are ready for disk, memory, processes, services, ports and the mail queue. Commands you can’t undo, like rm -rf /, are stopped before they run.
- F.02Details Rule-based AI server assistantAsk in your own words, for example which server is about to run out of disk. The assistant answers questions about disk, load, mail, services, SSL, backups and transfers from your fleet’s current data. It is rule-based and makes no outside network request. The command it suggests goes to the terminal in one click, and running it is still your call.
- F.03Details Server backup and restoreTake full backups of cPanel and Plesk accounts with the ctapanel agent and send them to ctabox, S3-compatible storage, another of your servers or your own device. Schedules run daily, weekly or monthly and keep the last 1 to 90 backups. You restore to the same server or another with the same panel, confirmed with a WhatsApp code. A late backup raises an alert and lowers the health score.
- F.04Details Audit and activity logEvery change made in the panel is recorded with who made it and when. Filter the activity log by job, alert, account, server or security to find the change you’re after, such as the moment a firewall was switched off. Work the panel does on its own is logged under its own name, so nothing is put down to “the system”.
- F.05Details Team roles and permissionsNot everyone on your team needs the whole panel. There are four user roles: owner, sysadmin, support and read-only. Someone on support can create an account but cannot switch the firewall off. The table also shows who has two-factor authentication turned on. Inviting people and editing permissions are still being built.
- F.06Details API key expiry trackingSee every key the panel uses to reach your servers, when it was last used and how many days it has left. A key that is running out comes to you as an alert, so you can plan the renewal before metrics stop. Creating and revoking keys from this screen is still being built.
- F.07This page Ctrl+K command palettePress Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) and type the name of the screen you want. All thirty pages and the actions you use often sit in the same search box, so you move around the panel from the keyboard instead of digging through the menu. You don’t need to remember a screen’s exact name.
- F.08Details Turkish, English and dark modeThe panel comes in Turkish and English, and switching language changes more than the menus: number and date formats follow it too. The theme can be light, dark or set to follow your system, so dark mode comes on when your operating system switches. Your choice is saved.
